These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and any services provided by Emagine Design Studio. By instructing the Studio to proceed with a project, the Client accepts these terms in full.
Emagine Design Studio ("The Studio") provides architectural visualization services to the Client subject to the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). These terms apply to all quotes, invoices, and project agreements unless explicitly modified in writing.
Our fee proposals include two (2) rounds of revisions per view, unless stated otherwise in the project quote. A "revision" is defined as modifications to materials, lighting, or minor geometry adjustments within the established camera angle.
The following are considered "Change Orders" and will incur additional hourly or fixed fees:
The Client agrees to provide necessary project data (CAD, Revit, Reference images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing feedback or assets exceeding 5 working days will result in the project being rescheduled to the Studio's next available slot, potentially affecting the final delivery date.
Advance: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to schedule the project and commence production.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due prior to the release of final high-resolution, non-watermarked deliverables.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the final images and animations for marketing, sales, and portfolio purposes.
The Studio retains full legal and intellectual property rights to all source files, 3D scenes, models, textures, and assets created during the project. Source files are not included in the deliverables unless explicitly agreed upon and purchased separately.
The Studio reserves the right to use the final imagery for its own promotional purposes (website, social media, awards) unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) precludes this.
We understand the sensitive nature of pre-market real estate and architectural competitions. Emagine Design Studio agrees to treat all project data, drawings, and strategies provided by the Client as strictly confidential.
We are happy to sign project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving any files. In the absence of an NDA, standard industry confidentiality protocols apply.
The Studio will endeavor to meet all agreed deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, hardware failure, third-party render farm outages, or delayed Client feedback. In no event shall the Studio be liable for lost profits or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
