Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We usually make and deliver goods of the best quality and with utmost care. But, just in case, we disappoint, you always have a say and have someone to listen to you. Although we make sure this does not happen, but you can always return a product, if it does not match your expectations.
All you have to do is write to us email@example.com daysof receipt of your order. We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier and we will refund the courier charges borne by you.
There are some things to keep in mind when you do return the purchased items.
- You are eligible for 7 Day Returns towards a new replacement, in case you've received a damaged or defective item
- If you receive a physically damaged product, you will be requested to share images of the same. Once verified and acknowledged, we’ll arrange a reverse pick up
- Products must be in their original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products in their original form will be accepted
- Replacements will be made based on availability of that product on the website
- If you placed an order for multiple items and return specific items of the order, you are allowed to do so.
There are some situations when it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Defective products
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Made-to-order / custom prints

Refunds are issued when
- We cannot provide a replacement for the damaged item
- When a dispute has been ruled in your favour
- Order has been charged but cancelled by you
- Your payment is safe and secure via PayU. In-case of online paid orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 – 10 working days.
- If you had opted for Cash On Delivery (COD), Emagine 3D will contact you for your bank account details and initiate the refund. It will take about 7 – 10 working days for the money to get reflected in your account.
The bank details required by us would be:
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- Account Holder’s name
- IFSC code
- Location of the bank
- You can choose to cancel your purchase only until it is shipped
- Simply mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, cancellation request and the reason for cancellation, for us know what went wrong.
- It usually takes us 1 – 2 business days to cancel your order and start the refund process if applicable.
- You will be informed at every stage of the cancellation process
- What if the payment is already done? Not to worry. Once the cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated for the purchase made.
- It would take about 7 – 15 working days for the refund to complete and the refund will be credited to the same account using which the payment was made.
